Book Club Concierge

Literary events that bring people together. Elissa co-founded Book Club Concierge to put a scout’s eye to work offline: author events and book-inspired evenings at hotels and restaurants, partnerships with authors and content creators, and local independent bookstores at the heart of it all.

Hotels, resorts & restaurants

A literary series guests plan their stay around

A slow November. A new wellness program. A property with a story nobody’s telling yet. You bring the place, the season and the guest; we create a named series that becomes part of your hotel’s identity.

We handle the concept, the book, the author, a menu built around the book, the itinerary, and the package your team sells. Then we keep it going, so it builds a following year over year. The series carries your name.

Not ready for a full series? Many partners start with a simple book of the month for guests and grow from there.

Page to screen

Read it first. Then watch it.

Book-to-screen is Elissa’s specialty. She spends her days finding the books headed for film and television, so guests can read the book and watch the story in one stay.

  • Read it, then watch it

A weekend that pairs the book with a screening of its film or series, and a conversation about what changed from page to screen.

  • Read it before it premieres

Books on their way to the screen, picked before the adaptation lands, so guests are ahead of the conversation.

  • Premiere-season programming

An author weekend or book club timed to a big adaptation’s release, when interest in the story is at its peak.

Local bookstores

Every event supports a local indie

Elissa is a former indie bookseller, and it shows. We partner with a local independent bookstore near each event, arranging the copies for guests and attendees through them, so the books come from the community the event is in.

For hotels, that means a neighborhood partner for the series. For authors and creators, it means a bookseller who knows the book and keeps it on their shelves after the event is over.
